James – Company director

Jill – choosing her annuity

Jill was coming up to retirement when she received some annuity options through the post from her pension provider.

Amelia – investing a lump sum

Amelia had separated from her husband and was given a lump sum as part of the divorce. She had relied on her husband for most financial decisions and was wary of seeing a financial adviser.
